PREFINISHED WALLS:

Exterior Finished panels have incredible design flexibility. After panels have been framed and sheathed, multiple options can be provided. Windows can be installed, as well as a variety of exterior finishes can be plant installed, to include but not limited to EIFS Stucco Systems, granite, brick, stone, and wood-siding. Most exterior products are also designed with more efficient material thicknesses and lighter in weight allowing for improved value engineering of the structure itself.

CURTAIN WALL WALLS:

Often just framed and sheathed panels can help expedite drying-in of a structure. These can be turned around very quickly. All that is required is stud spacing. Panel length and panel height. Typical panels range from +/- 8' tall by +/-35' in length. Past project experience show that anywhere from 15-30 panels can be set in one day. Additional items such as brick lentils, felt paper, and brick ties can be added.

STRUCTURAL LOAD BEARING WALLS:

Exterior and interior load bearing and shear walls can also be panelized. These panels may vary from 20 gauge to 12 gauge material. Tube steel can also be incorporated if necessary. These panels can range from framed only to completely prefinished.

PRIVACY/SOUND WALLS WALLS:

Prefinished sound walls and privacy fences are also easily panelized. These walls can be stacked to the desired height, designed with proper impact resistance, and prefinished in a variety of options.
