- Ideal construction method for office buildings, retail, high-rise hotels, schools, hospitals, storage facilities, big box and metal buildings structures.
- Panels are framed with structural cold-formed steel studs and additional structural supports can be included within the panel framing to include structural steel columns/beams, brick lentils, bearing elements and exterior sheathing.
- Can be utilized on buildings of all heights, sizes and configurations.
- If commitments are made early in the design and construction process, framing schedule has ability to be reduced by up to 75%.
- Reduces amount of jobsite manpower needed for the incorporated scopes of work by 75%.
- Panels can be engineered as a composite system to reduce material costs and installation labor.
- Panels may be designed in a short x long spandrel configuration similar to precast panels, or in a tall x short multi-floor panel configuration similar to tilt-up panels.
